Shares for sale

A unique opportunity to live in your own “national park”.

Do you want to live on 128h of natural bush, in a community of like-minded people who actively work for the conservation and protection of the property’s flora and fauna?

Round the Bend Conservation Co-operative has shares, some with a house, for sale to the right people.

Site 13

Site only.

IMPORTANT: the likelihood of developing these sites (i.e. building a house) in the foreseeable future is low. It cannot be assumed that planning approval will be granted to develop the vacant sites.

However, the Co-op has a moveable dwelling policy in place for these sites which would enable a member to utilise their site for short stays (less than 30 days) and participate more fully in Co-op activities. (Subject to Council regulations.)

Site 16

This double storey mudbrick home has a wrap-around veranda on two sides, three bedrooms and one bathroom. With open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, it features timber lined vaulted ceilings, a clerestory window and terracotta floors. A slow combustion wood heater keeps you cosy in winter.

(Offers around $500,000)

Site 17
